The United Way of Lapeer County has provided a $4500 grant to the
Alzheimer’s Association-Greater Michigan Chapter-East Central Region to
help fund respite scholarships through the Alzheimer’s Association’s
Respite Care Assistance Program. Scholarships of $500 are available to

activities is looking for volunteers to deliver meals to homebound senior
citizens in Lapeer County. The route leaves from Imlay City Senior Center
